Privacy notice

How Cx Custodia handles the personal and project information you enter.

1. Who this covers

This notice applies to everyone granted access to Cx Custodia — Antora commissioning staff and personnel of general contractors, EPCs, and vendors invited to a project. Accounts are created by an administrator; the tool is not open to public registration.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, employer, and assigned role.
  • Activity: records you create or approve, timestamps, and the actions attributed to your account for audit purposes.
  • Project content: ITRs, punch items, RFIs, drawings, and equipment data you enter.

3. How it is used

Information is used solely to operate the completions and turnover workflow, maintain an accurate audit trail, enforce role-based permissions, and produce project reporting. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

4. Your access

To correct your account details or request removal after a project closes, contact your project administrator or Antora at privacy@antora.energy.

These documents govern internal use of Cx Custodia. For project-specific contractual terms, refer to your agreement with Antora Energy.
